// NO OPEN POSITIONS TODAY

Working with us

Neural Tactic is very small and we are not hiring right now. That is the honest answer, and we would rather give it than keep a page of aspirational job titles open for the traffic.

We do still read introductions, and when there is a role it usually goes to somebody who wrote to us before there was one.

// What we would want to hear

Send us something you made

Not a cover letter. A build, a repository, a level, a system you designed, a bug you chased for a week — with a paragraph on what was hard about it and what you would do differently. That tells us more than a CV does.

  • hello@neuraltactic.com
  • Subject line: Introduction
  • We reply to everyone, though not always quickly

What the work looks like

// Craft

Dart, Flutter, Flame

One mobile codebase for iOS and Android, a simulation engine underneath it, and a test suite we actually rely on. Most of the interesting problems are in the model, not the pixels.

// Domain

Security, taken seriously

We turn real practice — threat behaviour, control trade-offs, compliance, incident response — into something playable without turning it into nonsense. Domain experience is welcome; curiosity about it is required.

// Method

Claims get measured

Balance is simulated, accessibility is checked against a standard, and performance has budgets. "It feels right" is a hypothesis here, not a conclusion.

Before you write

We are pre-release and independently funded, which means small budgets, no recruitment pipeline, and no promise of a position appearing on any particular timescale. Anyone telling you otherwise about this studio is not us.

If you send us an introduction we keep your email and your message so we can reply and so we can come back to you if a role opens. We do not share it with anyone, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to the same address.
